The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Development (Outside Sales) Representative for the EMEA market, to support and grow relationships and drive sales across the region. If you thrive on connection, love performance technology, and want to represent a respected global brand—this is your opportunity.

The role:

  • Build and expand relationships with production companies, system integrators and specifiers

  • Prospect and develop new business while supporting existing accounts

  • Maintain Customer relationship remotely and with targeted visits

  • Deliver engaging demos and presentations (in-person or virtual)

  • Partner with TMB’s global Sales and Support teams for seamless customer support

  • Represent TMB at trade shows and key industry events

  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity

  • Log activities and insights in our CRM to help drive consistent growth and customer satisfaction

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in live performance, and event production technologies

  • Sales experience may be helpful but is not a requirement

  • Preference to work collaboratively with a global team

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organised, self-motivated, and results driven

  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus)

  • Willing to travel throughout the EMEA region
